RETURN POLICY:

We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer eStore Credit for Returns. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or fit, we'd love to help!

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

  • Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, as long as items are SENT out within 14 days of DELIVERY date. 
  • The customer is responsible for RETURN shipping costs.
    • In order to wave the RETURN shipping costs, you must email us within 48 hours of the actual DELIVERY stamp date. You then will get an email response, within 24 hours, with your prepaid shipping label and authorization. Order must then be shipped out the following business day, of receiving your response, otherwise you will be charged the initial return postage cost. 
  • Merchandise must be in perfect condition.  

    Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.

    ~Worn or damaged items will not be accepted. ~

     

  • Returns are not accepted anytime during a promotion/sale.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Authorization is not needed in order to return items, unless you email us within the 48-hour window of delivery, for waived postage (as specified above) then authorization is needed. Otherwise, you will just ship the item/items back with the original packaging to the following address:

  • Once your return is processed on our end, we will email your store credit refund to you. 

 

EXTRA LITTLE NUGGETS OF INFORMATION:

  • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We ship quickly and your shipping label is automatically processed. You are welcome to send your items back once you receive them, as long it is within our Return Policy listed above.
  • LOST / MISSING PACKAGES- We are not responsible for packages once passed off to the shipping carrier, in which they are no longer in our possession. We will do the best we can to help you locate lost packages, but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or missing packages. 

  • INELIGIBLE RETURNS- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 10 days from the order date, or that are Final Sale, will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you. After 30 days we will donate the ineligible return items to a charity supporting Women Veterans in need.
